Shipping Policy

  • Custom or made-to-order items: 4–8 weeks (notified at checkout). Processing starts after payment clearance.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

  • Small items: USPS/UPS/FedEx.
  • Large furniture: Freight carriers (e.g., LTL like XPO, FedEx Freight) with curbside/white-glove options (white-glove may incur extra fee). Tracking provided via email.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout based on weight, size, destination.
  • Free shipping on orders over $[threshold, e.g., $999] (continental US only; exclusions for remote areas/custom items).
  • Additional fees: Residential delivery, lift-gate, or assembly may apply for freight.

4. Delivery Time Estimates

  • Standard: 5–14 business days after processing.
  • Freight/large items: 7–21 business days. Delays possible due to weather, carrier issues, or high demand. We are not liable for delays.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Inspect upon delivery. Note damage on carrier paperwork and contact us within 48 hours with photos.
  • We handle claims with carriers; replacements/refunds processed accordingly.

6. International / Duties International orders may incur customs duties/taxes (buyer responsible).
