Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Window

  • Eligible items: Return within 100 days of delivery (extended trial common for furniture).
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items: Non-returnable unless defective/damaged.

2. Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original condition/packaging (some assembly OK if not damaged).
  • Exclusions: Final sale items, bedding/linens (hygiene), opened mattresses (unless defective).

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@riendeaucorevia.com or (803) 599-8816 for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  2. Provide order number, photos if damaged.
  3. Ship back (or arrange pickup for large items; fees may apply).
  • Return shipping: Customer pays for standard returns (deducted from refund). We cover return shipping only for proven defects/damage/mis-shipment.

4. Refunds

  • Processed to original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection.
  • Original shipping fees non-refundable (unless error on our part).
  • Restocking Fee: 15–25% for large furniture returns (waived for exchanges/store credit or defects).
  • Damaged/defective: Full refund or replacement (we cover return shipping).

6. Non-Returnable Situations

  • Used/damaged by customer.
  • Missing parts/tags/packaging.
